What is the warranty period for the flooring？
If the quality of the floor within the warranty period of non-human factors,correct installation and working environment caused by quality problems.The warranty covers structural integrity for 15 years, including adhesive strength and any non-conventional deformities post-installation such as warping, sagging, and cupping.
Can the engineered flooring be installed on geothermal heating?
Yes.
Can I install my waterproof floor myself?
Professional installers can avoid many problems, so it is recommended that be installed by professional workers.
Can the flooring be installed near a fireplace or heat source?
Due to the different moisture, you can’t install the flooring near the fireplace and heat source.
